At the end of last year, Microsoft released Dynamics 365, which combines CRM and ERP software into one unified package.
Dynamics 365 is made up of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online, Dynamics AX and the recent Microsoft acquisitions for field service management and project management. Instead of disparate systems, these are now aligned on one business application platform so that companies and users can pick and choose which apps they need.
What this means for CRM customers
Dynamics 365 is a brilliant offering and shows the exciting future ahead for Microsoft customers who will be using a progressive CRM system. However, if you are an existing Dynamics CRM customer then you will have to be aware of the implication on your licensing, pricing and CRM solution.
