Chorus have been recognised as one of the top managed service providers (MSPs) globally, with the MSP 501 rankings placing Chorus within the top 25 MSPs in Europe, Middle East and Africa and 251st in the world.

What is the MSP 501?

The MSP 501 is the IT channel’s largest and most comprehensive survey and ranking of MSPs globally, undertaken by Channel Futures.

Every year, thousands of MSPs from across the world apply to see if they can rank amongst the best in the business. This year, the survey received the largest and most diverse number of applicants in its history.

The extensive survey looks at factors such as: product offerings, growth rates, annual total and recurring revenues, pricing structures, revenue mix, number of end users under management, number of devices under management and much more.

MSPs were ranked according to a unique methodology that weights revenue figures according to how well the applicant’s business strategy anticipates trends in the fast-evolving channel ecosystem.
