CRM Agile Project Methodology Approach

Our Approach

Following a flexible agile project methodology

We understand every business, and every project, is unique. While we have streamlined our project delivery over 15 years, we adapt our process to suit your needs.

Our flexible agile methodology allows us to work closely with you to ensure stakeholders and users get the most from the project. We work collaboratively, communicating clearly throughout every phase so that you have the confidence that everything is running smoothly and the reassurance that you are still in control.

Who will you deal with?

  • Dedicated Project Manager
  • Lead Technical Contact
  • Assigned Account Manager
SharePoint Project Methodology

Following a project methodology is particularly important for projects such as CRM, SharePoint and websites, as it provides a clear roadmap and structure so your project can stay on time and on budget.

We favour the agile methodology for software development, due to its flexible nature and its ability to adapt to unpredictability. Instead of sequential project management (or the ‘waterfall’ method), the agile approach supports ‘sprints’ - quick releases in order of priority, which allow continuous improvement and constant communication.

Phase Toll Gate Review

For larger projects, a Phase Toll gate review is prepared by your Project Manager and presented to you at the end of key phases. This provides an overall summary for you to ensure everyone is in alignment throughout the delivery. This review includes the following:

  • Timeline
  • Milestones and Accomplishments
  • Scope and Change Requests
  • Issues
  • Risks
  • Conditions of satisfaction
  • Lessons Learned
  • Next Steps

Look at the phases in more detail:

Preparation

Stage One: Fully understanding your business, situation, requirements and goals.

Implementation

Stage Two: branding, developing, testing and migrating your system for a successful go-live.

Aftercare

Stage Three: hosting, governance, training and ongoing support for a productive system.
