We provide a fixed-price fully-managed IT support model. You pay one monthly fixed cost on a per-user per-month basis. This covers your IT, including all your devices, with support via phone, email, chat, self-service web portal and onsite support.

We use proactive monitoring and problem management to address issues before they can interrupt operations, helping you avoid unnecessary downtime and keeping your workforce productive.

Our tiered Service Desk delivers a standard three-tier escalation approach with 1st line, 2nd line and 3rd line support. Tickets are quickly triaged in line with clear service level agreements (SLAs), with all tickets being resolved as quickly as possible.
