The course has been designed with a non-technical end user in mind where candidates will learn how to use Windows 10 effectively and efficiently to perform daily tasks.
Candidates will learn how to use the new Start menu, work simultaneously with multiple apps, utilise the new Virtual Desktops, search with Cortana and browse with Edge.
In addition, we will also discuss new ways of adjusting settings, customising the Windows experience and receiving notifications. Then there’s Windows Hello, Ease of Access, OneDrive, Continuum…
This is currently only available as a traditional classroom course. This can be delivered from our training centre or from your offices.
This course is aimed at non-technical end users users that are new to Windows 10 and want to feel comfortable with the upgrade from Windows 7, Windows 8 or 8.1 or earlier to perform daily tasks.
There are no prerequisites for this course.
