This course is an introduction to the core features of Microsoft Outlook and its primary uses. Microsoft Outlook is for many a portal to organising their working lives and knowing how to fully utilise Outlook’s features will increase your productivity and efficiency.
The contents of this course covers the core features of Microsoft Outlook for managing your E-mail, calendar, tasks and introduce you to groups.
Microsoft Outlook 2013 will be used as the basis for the course although there are sections on new features introduced in Outlook 2016 and using Outlook Online.
This is currently only available as a traditional classroom course. This can be delivered from our training centre or from your offices.
Delegates who are new to Microsoft Outlook or Microsoft Outlook 2013.
This course is applicable to Microsoft Outlook 2013 but incorporates a section on Microsoft Outlook 2016.
There are no prerequisites for this course.
