Dynamics 365 Technical Lead

You should be passionate about Dynamics, and have a number of successful project experiences as a CRM consultant to draw upon. You will be a team player but also work effectively on your own to meet deadlines, liaising with the project manager, account managers, creatives and developers. You should be sociable and like to play pool, arcade games and table football!

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading the CRM team, reporting into the Head of Development
  • Designing quality Dynamics 365 solutions for our expending and existing client base
  • Configuring and developing with Dynamics 365, and earlier versions (mainly 2015 and 2016)
  • Data migration using tools such as SCRIBE and SSIS
  • Migration of clients from legacy platforms, so CRM4.0 and 2011 experience is of interest.
    Development of workflows and bespoke components using C# .NET
  • Building powerful, re-usable packages to help us build better, more reliable solutions for our customers, faster
  • Helping our customers understand what they really need and what the best technical solution is
  • Getting involved in building pre-sales demos, helping us to sell more effectively and to POC the latest Dynamics technologies

Personal Specification

These are the core skills you’d be using, but aptitude always beats a set of skills for us, so don’t be put off if you don’t hit some/lots of these or are coming from another technology stack and are prepared to make the transition.

You’ll probably have 5+ years’ experience as a CRM consultant, but talent wins over experience, if you can prove your talent and ability to produce great quality code that’s what counts.

    Dynamics 365 (CRM) and Dynamics CRM 2016 and earlier versions
  • C# for plug-in development
  • JavaScript / JQuery
  • Integration knowledge
  • SQL Server and data modelling, understanding of normal forms
  • SSRS
  • SSIS
  • Fetch XML
  • CI – e.g. VSTS build & release
  • Consultative - able to discover what customers really want and guide them to the best solution for their business requirements

Other Skills / Technologies

  • ClickDimensions
  • MS-CRM Addons
  • Certified Scrum Master, and experience with SCRUM framework
