Do you want to work for a growing, ambitious and forward-thinking managed-IT-services Microsoft Gold Partner? You’ll be working in a team of 1st line analysts and be responsible for a mix of break-fix incidents and service requests from multiple clients via their automated monitoring system. You’ll be working from their new office (just off J19 of M5) and will have the highest level of professionalism and attention to detail.
You’ll have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you’ll work on a wide range of leading edge technologies, further your skills through experience and training (dedicated in-house technical trainer), and work with a cooperative team of enthusiastic IT professionals. You will work predominantly on the service desk but will also have the opportunity to work on PC hardware in our workshop deploying operating systems, resolving hardware issues, and installing upgrades. You'll need to be able to work under pressure and prioritise your workload. Their staff are highly valued and as such our new office provides a private staff car park, bicycle shelter, a large staff breakout area and excellent facilities.
You’ll have at least 6 months experience in a customer service-related field, ideally with recent industry qualifications (Examples: A+, N+, Microsoft Windows 8 support), preferably experience of working in a medium to large corporate environment, experience in Windows 8/10, Server 2012, Office 365, troubleshooting PC hardware and software problems, experience of using a service request ticketing system, a keen interest and evidence of your ongoing development of professional skills including excellent customer service.
