Our Helpdesk 

Our helpdesk technicians are the first point of contact for any support issue and whenever possible they will try to resolve the issue immediately on the phone. All of our team receive regular technical training, both via our dedicated in-house trainer and through Microsoft in order to gain Microsoft certification and stay ahead of the latest technologies.


As well as this, the helpdesk receives tailored customer service training so that you and your staff benefit from friendly and helpful support. We’re here to help your staff get the most from technology and ensure they feel comfortable calling us for any issues or questions, which is why we provide a tailored welcome pack for each client.

Our Support Packages

We understand that one size does not fit all, so we offer a number of different support packages to allow you to choose the level of support that is most suitable.
While some businesses will only need standard office hours support, today many businesses require 27/4 support, or would like IT projects included in their managed service contract.
