1st Line Support Technician

As 1st Line Support you’ll be responsible for a mix of break-fix incidents & service requests from multiple clients. You will work on a wide range of leading edge technologies, have the opportunity to further your skills and work with enthusiastic IT professionals. You will operate predominantly on our service desk where you will be responsible for providing excellent Customer Service to our clients and offering them support.

The Role


As a 1st Line Support Engineer, you will work on our award-winning Service Desk to provide outstanding IT support to our clients. Working within a close team, your role will involve troubleshooting and resolving software and hardware issues that are raised via telephone, email, support portal or remote monitoring, while following our internal ITIL-based processes.

We're looking for someone with excellent customer service skills, great organisation and the drive to expand their IT knowledge and experience.

Initially the role will be remote in nature, in line with current government guidance. However, once it becomes possible to bring the teams back together physically, you will be based at our office in Portishead, just outside of Bristol and off the M5 with great access and free parking
