As part of our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategy, we offer employees the opportunity to get involved in volunteering for causes they care about - with paid volunteer days.

We take CSR very seriously, and not only do we want to make sure that we reduce our impact on the environment as a business, but we also strive to have a positive impact on individuals, our local communities and society in general.

Over the years, we've supported many charities through various fundraising activities. We love getting involved and raising as much money as possible throughout the year to support charities that are close to our teams' hearts.

Wellbeing

The mental and physical wellbeing of our employees is extremely important to us. We have worked hard to create a supportive company culture and a workplace environment that is clean, light and modern. We have breakout areas for relaxation or for informal meetings with colleagues, making work both comfortable and enjoyable. 

We also host weekly Yoga sessions with a qualified instructor, as well as an active running club at lunchtimes. We're always open to suggestions for new activities and sports to try!
