Reporting to the Development Director and CRM Manager and liaising closely with the Account Management Team, they are responsible for coordinating a number of technical projects for ‘new’ and ‘existing’ customers.
They will take a project from the first stage of an order being placed, to a completed stage where a customer can use the final solution on a daily basis.
They will liaise constantly with customers and other internal teams within Chorus, so communication skills are paramount to this position. Coming from a technical background will be of immense help for the role but is not essential.
